Mis hakkab juhtuma:
Selgitame võistluse käigus välja nelja alagrupi Eesti meistrid rammuspordis! Lisaks pakuvad eestlastele konkurentsi lähiriikide parimad rammumehed ja selgitame rahvusvahelisel tasemel tugevaimad rammumehed ja rammunaise!
Võistlusalad:
1. Rekka tõmbamine köiega.
2. Maksimaalse raskusega apollon kangi surumine pea kohale.
3. Karussell meremehe raamiga maksimaalsele distantsile.
4. Pardi kõnd 15 meetrit ja raami kandmine tagasi.
5. Atlas kivid platvormile.
Rahvusvahelise võistluse iga alagrupi auhinnafond:
1 koht 600€
2 koht 400€
3 koht 200€
Top 10 saavad medalid

Võistleja on registreeritud kui täidetud registreerimise vorm jõuab meile tagasi ja Rammukoopa kontole laekub registreerimise tasu 50€ (registreerimise tasu läheb 100% auhinnafondi).

Schedule:
5.07 at 15:00-19:00 Young men maximum 23 years of age and men weighing under 105kg.
6.07 at 15.00-19.00 Open classes for men and women.
What's going to happen:
During the competition, we will determine the Estonian champions of four subgroups in strength sports! In addition, the best strongmen and strongwomen from neighboring countries will offer competition to Estonians and we will determine the strongest strength men and women at the international level!
Competition areas:
1. Arm over arm, pulling a truck with a rope.
2. Pushing the Apollo barbell with maximum weight overhead.
3. Carousel with a yoke frame to the maximum distance.
4. Duck walk 15 meters and carrying the frame back.
5. Atlas stones to the platform.
Prize pool for each subgroup of the international competition:
1st place 600€
2nd place 400€
3rd place 200€
Top 10 will receive medals
NB! Estonian championships point system will be separately and every category top 3 estonians will get trophies!
For competitors:
Registration will close 08.06 and 23:59 a clock.

You will receive a competition info with a registration form in response.
The competitor is registered when the filled registration form is returned to us and the registration fee of 50€ is credited to the club account (100% of the registration fee goes to the prize fund).
