Tarragindi Connect & Share - Night Time Parenting

Today we will be talking about sleep and night time parenting. It’s normal for a baby or toddler to wake in the night. This certainly does not make it easy though! Let's talk about reasons why our children wake, how to maximise our sleep/rest and also share some strategies and solidarity with one another.

We are at Laura Street Park, Tarragindi. We will shout everyone a coffee/tea from the local cafe. If the weather is not suitable, we will come up with a wet weather plan, so please keep an eye on this page.

This is a great opportunity to meet other local mums, bubs, older children and families. All are welcome! Let's share our experiences, and provide some support and encouragement for those who may need it.

A trained breastfeeding counsellor will be available to speak to.
