Tarragindi Connect & Share: Self-Care for Mums

Caring for young children takes a lot of time and energy, so you may not have given much thought to doing some enjoyable things for yourself. While watching your baby grow and develop is rewarding, sometimes we forget we also need time for us! Join us as we share ideas for taking care of yourself as you care for you baby.

As always, there will be lots of time to catch up and connect as well. Please join us at our favourite park under the beautiful trees.

We are at Laura Street Park, Tarragindi. We will shout everyone a coffee/tea from the local cafe. If the weather is not suitable, we will come up with a wet weather plan, so please keep an eye on this page.

This is a great opportunity to meet other local mums, bubs, older children and families. All are welcome!

A trained breastfeeding counsellor will be available to speak to.
