Monthly Immersive Sound Bath

Join Claire for these monthly immersive sound baths.

The sounds and vibrations introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external pressures and to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

We gather at the end of the sound bath either in reflection and quietness or in conversations with others. During this part of the session we enjoy a herbal tea and snack.
