Full Moon Energy Sound Bath

During the summer months, many people head off on their holibobs, people enjoy summer evening walks with friends and family and making the most of the late summer sun.

As the seasons begin to shift, and the nights begin to ever so slowly draw in, this seems the perfect time to re-introduce the sound baths back to our Sunday evenings

You dont have to be a member of this gym, simply contact their reception either via their website or email.

The cost is £15pp and once you are booked in, you will receive an email on Friday 5th September with all the information you need for the night.
