Recovering from a Major Stroke
WHO: Mike Sakal — Devoted husband, loyal friend, and 32-year public servant with the Palm Harbor Fire Department
WHAT HAPPENED:
On July 9, 2025, Mike suffered a major right brain hemorrhagic stroke while at the gym. He was airlifted to AdventHealth Tampa, where he remains in inpatient rehab, working through left-side paralysis with physical and occupational therapy.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Mike and Suzie are now facing overwhelming expenses as they adjust to this life-changing event.
