Aerial Yoga | Beginners Welcome!!!

This is an inclusive class designed for practitioners of all levels! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, strengthening poses, and inversions, all while using a supportive aerial hammock. This unique practice combines traditional yoga postures with the added benefits of suspension, allowing you to deepen your stretches, build core strength, and improve your balance and flexibility. Come join us and experience the joy of floating in the air!
No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open mind!

To ensure a class takes place, at least two students must be booked one hour prior to the scheduled start time. If this minimum is not met, the class may be canceled, and registered participants will be notified and credited. We appreciate your understanding and encourage early booking to secure your spot!
