Performance Team Tryouts

Performance Team Tryouts for:

The Gymaroos 2026/27
This team will travel to Portugal in 2027 to represent Australia at the World Gymnaestrada. It is a two year committment with minimum two nights per week training. Athletes aged 10-25 years with intermediate to advanced Gymnastics skills and experience are eligible to try out. More details in posts on event page below.

The Gymaroo Juniors 2026
This team will travel to Sydney and Queensland to represent their town and State. It is a full year committment with minimum two nights per week training. Athletes aged 8-14 years with intermediate gymnastics skills and experience are eligible to try out.

The Gymjoeys 2026
This team will travel to Sydney to represent Taree. It is a full year committment with minimum one night per week training. Athletes aged 5-12 years with beginner to intermediate gymnastics skills and experience are eligible to try out.

Adult Gymnastic Team (Team name pending - auditions during Term 1 2026)
This team will travel to Portugal in 2027 to represent Australia at the World Gymnaestrada. It is a two year committment with minimum one night per week training. Athletes aged 16+ with beginner to advanced gymnastics skills and experience are eligible to try out during the term. Adults wishing to be part of the performance team DO NOT need to attend tryouts in January.
