Hear ye hear ye, The Extravaganza cometh. Filled plentifully by many ventures to entertain or teach the craft of Shakespeare. Its scenes being five weeks, its acts annually.
The first, The Comedy of Errors by Mid-Coast Community Theatre at MidCoast Christian College, one of Shakespeare's earliest works, brimming with charm and merry humor.
The second, The Comedy of Errors at The Tuncurry Memorial Hall.
The third, All the World's a Stage, and all the men and women merely plays. Many a performers and artists everyday channel their passion to create works of art, the 14th of June will be the day to showcase the capabilities of such local talent at MidCoast Christian College from 6pm.
The fourth, Shakespearience by Stagemites. Big Drama. Bigger Fun. Bard-Approved. Learn to speak the verse and empower life into Shakespeare's tales.
Last scene of all, Twelfth Night by The Taree Arts Council at the MEC, a riveting story full of love and comedy along with a night of Shakespeare at The Bohemian Cafe on the 28th of June. A humble bard offers his love of music this night, A man of yeast and flour, one who keeps a loaf of bread close behind.
The first stage of our journey begins. Good fellow, make haste, mark your Calanders, and prepare for the month of Shakespeare.
