We're gathering some of the region’s most talented yoga teachers and wellness practitioners to co-create a one-of-a-kind experience. The Taos Mountain Wellness Festival celebrates the rich tapestry of holistic health in Taos, giving you the chance to discover your ideal teacher, your favorite style of class, and so much more that the world of yoga and wellness has to offer.
Beyond a diverse lineup of yoga classes, the weekend will feature sound healing, dance, nature writing, an outdoor movie night, and more.
Whether you're a lifelong or beginner yogi, or just along for the ride, there's something for everyone to enjoy—mind, body, and spirit included.
