Rockfit is a combination of high and low impact cardio dance and toning moves set to an all rock and metal soundtrack. It's easily adaptable to suit your level of fitness and we welcome adults of all ages, shapes and sizes. We are fun, friendly and inclusive so grab your trainers, fave band t-shirt, and water bottle, and join us to rock your fitness goals🤘🔥💜
