We’ll be joined once again by the wonderful Lyn, guiding us through Samhain rituals woven into a night of:
✨ Gentle movement & breath to release toxins, gremlins & goblins from the system
✨ A deep dive into the traditions of Samhain
✨ Crafting a pentagram (five-pointed star) from willow – an ancient symbol of balance, protection, and the sacred union of spirit with the four elements (earth, air, fire, water)
✨ Herbal teas & sweet seasonal treats to nourish the soul
✨ Gathering around a beautifully adorned altar in our candlelit, mystical studio
