Lempeät kesäillat ja puistojooga, ah!

Studio Vintin energisoivat puistojoogat järjestetään Rosendahlin rannan tuntumassa kesällä 2025. Hengitä syvään, anna kehon liikkua lempeästi, nauti auringon lämmöstä ja kesätuulen kosketuksesta. Harjoitus sopii kaikille, myös ensikertalaisille. Ota mukaan joogamatto, kevyt viltti tai pyyhe loppurentoutusta varten. Uikkarit joogavaatteiden alla ei ole ollenkaan huono idea! Voit pulahtaa Pyhäjärveen tunnin jälkeen.

Milloin? Maanantaisin 23.6.-28.7. klo 17-18.
Missä? Rosendahlin rannan tuntumassa puistoalueella. Ohjaaja valitsee joka kerralla sopivimman paikan. Säävaraus! Kovan sateen sattuessa tunti pidetään Studio Vintillä, Studio A:ssa.
