Pidän joulukuussa kolmena sunnuntaina Bachata- ja Salsa Styling -tunteja, yhteensä 6 tuntia lämpöä ja hyvää fiilistä.

BACHATA STYLING 13:00–14:00
Tällä soolobachatatunnilla harjoittelemme sulavaa ja hallittua vartalonkäyttöä, luonnollista pään ja ylävartalon liikettä sekä erilaisia footwork-kuvioita. Tanssimme lempibiiseihini ja rakennamme kolmen viikon aikana lyhyen koreografian. Viimeisellä kerralla meillä on valmis kokonaisuus, jonka voimme kuvata studiolla, tai ryhmän halutessa voimme sopia erillisen kuvaushetken.
Tunnin idea on, että nautimme kauniista liikkeestä, musiikista ja yhdessä tanssimisesta.

SALSA ON2 STYLING 14:00–15:00
Salsa On2 on minulle mieluisin tapa tanssia salsaa, ja haluan jakaa sen ilosanomaa Tampereella. Käymme tunneilla On2-rytmiä läpi rauhassa ja selkeästi, joten mukaan voi tulla ilman aiempaa On2-kokemusta.
Harjoittelemme tunneilla tyylille ominaista kaunista vartalonliikettä ja footwork-kuvioita, ja opettelemme lyhyen koreografian. Viimeisellä kerralla voimme kuvata valmiin kokonaisuuden ja nauttia yhdessä siitä, mitä olemme oppineet.
Tällä tunnilla pääidea on fiilistellä omaa itseä ja salsamusiikkia.

Tunnit eivät sovellu aivan aloittelijoille, mutta salsaan ei tarvita aiempaa On2-kokemusta.
Kaikki tunnit ovat soolotunteja. Voit halutessasi laittaa tunneille korkokengät.

This December, I’m teaching Bachata & Salsa Styling classes on three Sundays, a total of 6h of warmth and happy hormones.

What to expect:
BACHATA STYLING 13:00–14:00
In this solo bachata class you can expect to learn beautiful body movement techniques, safe and natural head movement, and fun footwork. We will be dancing to my favorite songs and also build a choreography throughout the three weeks. By the last Sunday we will have a full piece that we can film together at the studio, or we can organise a separate filming moment if the group prefers.
The goal is to feel good in your body, enjoy the music and dance together.

SALSA ON2 STYLING 14:00–15:00
Salsa On2 is my favourite salsa timing and I want to share what makes it so enjoyable.
We will go through the On2 timing in a clear and simple way, so you can follow even if you have never danced On2 before.
We will work on movement technique, rhythm, small shines and patterns, and a choreography that continues each week.
We will also film the final piece if the group wants.
This class is all about feeling yourself, feeling the music and enjoying the beauty of salsa.

Classes are not suitable for total beginners, but for salsa there’s no need for previous On2 experience. All classes are solo. Heels are optional for both classes.
