Live in Pispala - EJH

This Friday EJH is coming to our place for a live set. In Finnish the term is huutorunous, in English we don't know but neither does AI, so we decided to translate it into shouting poetry. Eero can tell you best.

"I am EJH, a social services professional and a devoted consumer of punk music. I have always appreciated punk’s uncompromising spirit and the fact that, at least the kind of punk I listen to, is open to everyone regardless of gender, religion, nationality, or anything else. Throughout my life, I have played in several bands, but my heart has always beaten the strongest for punk music, especially hardcore punk.

I have been writing lyrics since my teenage years, and the feedback I have received has been extremely positive. That encouragement has pushed me to break down barriers, and recently I have started performing under my own name, shouting out the lyrics I’ve written. When I scream my lungs out in front of strangers, the feeling afterwards is a mix of emptiness, calmness, and overall magnificence. Some might even describe such a state as a kind of zen."
