Cava on samppanjamenetelmällä valmistettu espanjalainen kuohuviini, jota tuotetaan eniten Kataloniassa, mutta myös Aragon, Castile ja León, Extremadura, Rioja, Baski-maassa, Navarra sekä Valencianalueilla.

Tänään erinomainen tilaisuus maistaa eri rypäleistä tuotettua Cavaa – ja etenkin eri puolilta Espanjaa.

Virallinen Cava Educator Viinitimo – Timo Jokinen johdattelee tähän tuttuun ja maukkaaseen kuohuviinimaailmaan.
