Balkan Cafe kicks off in Pethaus!

The intercultural culinary adventure club presents you Burek- a traditional pastery made from thin handmade dough, filled with different savory fillings, such as cheese, meat, potato, zuccini, cabbage...

Burek is known with different forms and names across Balkans- a local chef will make a Yugoslavian version (also known as pita or gibanica).


Menu:

***Homemade burek with various fillings, 3 euro/piece)***
- cheese
- potato (V)
- tofu and zuccini (V)


***Sweet treats, 2,5 euro/piece***
- apple pie/ "pita" (V)
- blueberry-cherry pie/ "pita" (V)


***Drinks***
- homemade lemonade, 1,5 euro/glass***
- traditional Balkan coffee, tea, 2 euro/glass


We also offer take-away bags: 3 pieces/ 6 Euro
