Sacred Self is a women’s circle designed to gently reconnect you with your true self.

Together we will move through an intentional evening of ritual, reflection, and embodied expression.

💃 Intuitive expressive movement / dance to integrate and embody the work This gathering is held with care, presence, and respect for each participant’s unique journey.

No prior experience with cacao, meditation, or movement is necessary... just an open heart and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.
