Local Oyster Pop-Up with Pristine Aqua Farms of Cedar Key

New World Tampa is excited to welcome back Pristine Aqua Farms for another oyster pop-up!

Last time we sold out in just 90 minutes—because these Cedar Key oysters are that good.

Straight from the pristine Gulf waters, these farm-fresh beauties are known for their deep cups and meaty bite. Raised in one of the last untouched strongholds of the Gulf, Pristine Aqua Farms oysters are triploids, meaning they can be harvested year-round—no watery summer oysters, no waiting for a month with an "R."

Dean from Pristine will be here, shucking and jiving, talking all about how these oysters got to you.

Come early, slurp often, and taste why these oysters don’t stick around for long!
