Heather Morgan Workshop

We’re excited to welcome Heather Morgan to Caridian for a special gi workshop this month.

This will be a co-ed hands-on gi workshop that blends technical instruction with live rounds, giving you the chance to not only learn new details, but also apply them on the mats. Heather is an IBJJF World Champion at multiple belt levels and a highly accomplished competitor known for breaking down jiu-jitsu in a way that’s practical, efficient, and usable across all experience levels.

We are excited to offer an event that adds real value to training, and this workshop is designed for anyone looking to sharpen their gi game, test new ideas in live rolls, and learn from someone who’s competed at the highest levels of the sport. We’d love to see a full house for this one.
