Hand Rolled Sushi From Scratch

The secrets to creating your own handmade sushi are revealed in this exciting cooking class from Chef Vivian and Michi. Even if you've never touched a sushi knife, you'll be a master of ricing and rolling by the end of the lesson! Learn to create perfect sushi rice and turn it into a spicy tuna roll filled with fresh tuna, cooling cucumber and spicy sauce. You'll also prepare a vegetable hand roll using carrots, cucumbers, avocado and shiitake mushrooms for a delicious plant-based option.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
