Wear your best Cowboy Hat, Boots, and Big Buckle as this event promises to take you on a journey through Texas' first legal distillery, showcasing "Cask Strength" expressions that are unavailable anywhere else in Florida. Our culinary team will guide you through an experience honoring the birthplace of Texas barbecue in Lockhart, Texas.

**Reception** - Enjoy Texas Cowboy Caviar paired with Garrison Brothers Small Batch Texas Buck.

**1st Course** - Delight in Chef Myro's Texas Smoked Salmon Roll, .... This dish is paired with Jackson's Single Barrel 94 Proof Bourbon.

**2nd Course** - Savor Texas Quail & Waffles drizzled with Garrison Brothers Texas Honey. This course is complemented by Cask Strength Honeydew, which is not available in Florida!

**3rd Course** - Experience Bourbon Glazed Armadillo Eggs, composed of pimento cheese-stuffed peppadew wrapped in smoked brisket and bacon. This course is paired with Cask Strength Balmorhea, also not available in Florida!

**4th Course** - Texas Brisket, inspired by the renowned Black's Barbecue in Lockhart, Texas! Make sure to save room for this dish, paired with Garrison Brothers 10-Year Anniversary Cowboy Bourbon, served at Cask Strength!

**Dessert Course** - Indulge in Willie's "Smoked & Drunken" Peach Cobbler with bourbon salted caramel gelato, paired with Jackson's Uncut Cask Strength Bourbon by Garrison Brothers.
