Fabletics in International are happy to present a free Soca Bounce class by Karnival Bounce Crew! This will be held on 10/11 from 9am-10am!
Make sure to arrive early and to park upstairs near Neiman Marcus. There are double doors on the side that say "International Plaza" you may enter from there!
Overview:
SocaBounce Fitness is a fun, high intensity low impact alternative cardio burn session on Rebound boots (of which are provided via RSVP for every participant)!!
It’s a different experience with great cardiovascular results, helping to flush the lymphatic system and increase blood flow and circulation.
It brings carnival and island vibes through fitness on rebound boots which help protect your joints by relieving the impact off your knees, hips and back.
It also increases your metabolism and endurance and you can burn up to 900 calories in a 45 min session!!! They’re easy to get adjusted to
