Dash4Diabetes is Tampa’s only 5K & 10K Walk/Run laser-focused on fighting type 2 diabetes, and with your help, we’re moving the dial. This high-energy community experience brings people of all ages together to get active, raise awareness, and push for better health outcomes across Tampa Bay.

But the impact doesn’t stop at the finish line. Proceeds from Dash4Diabetes help fuel Fit Futures, our youth program that teaches kids ages 6–15 how to move more, eat smart, and stay healthy for life.
