"Values are like fingerprints. Nobody's are the same, but you leave them all over everything you do." – Brené Brown
What really matters to you? What drives your choices, shapes your relationships, and defines how you move through the world?
This workshop is a space to slow down, move your body, and reconnect with your inner compass. We’ll start with a yoga practice that combines fluid, breath-led movement with deeper, still postures. The flow section is inspired by Vinyasa, warming the body, building strength, and clearing the mind, but it’s not meant to be a sweaty session. We move steadily, focusing on alignment and mindfulness. As we shift into longer-held Yin poses, there’s time to soften, release tension, and settle into stillness.
After grounding ourselves through mindful movement, we’ll transition into an interactive workshop centered on the power of personal values.
Values act as our internal compass. They guide our decisions, shape our identity, and influence how we relate to others. When we’re clear on what truly matters to us, we’re better equipped to make meaningful choices, set healthy boundaries, and navigate life with more confidence and clarity.
Through guided reflection and discussion, we’ll look at how values show up in your life, not just the ones you talk about, but the ones you actually live by. You’ll discover how to uncover your core values and tell the difference between those that resonate authentically and those shaped by upbringing, social pressure, or cultural conditioning.
Together, we’ll explore how aligning your actions with your values can deepen self-awareness, support more intentional living, and build emotional resilience. We’ll also talk about how knowing your values can help you make clearer decisions, set stronger boundaries, and live in a way that feels more like you.
