Vermouth Rosso tasting session

Interested in vermouth? Don't know where to begin your journey? Pop by for a taster of rosso (red) vermouths!

On the menu this time:

-Cucielo di Torino Rosso. Cucielo makes super smooth and good stuff.
-Cocchi Vermouth Amaro Dopo Teatro. If you've tried the Cocchi di Torino Storico, you will love this one.
-Gonzales Byass La Copa. Still made by a recipe dating back to the 19th century, so it is definitely tried and true.

Expect deep, nuanced and bold flavour palates. Beginner-friendly vermouths for sure.

These rosso vermouths are perfect to sip as is or to add a bit of oomph to your Negronis.
