Model Citizen are a three piece noise rock band based in Tallinn drawing influences from a similar vein as Daughters, Gilla Band, Haunted Horses and other such abrasive annoyances. Rhythmic, pulsing and hypnotic while simultaneously scathing and confrontational. Somewhat of an eye roll in musical form.
The sound of crippling anxiety and existential dread.
Irritating anti-rock for those who are trapped in the daily grind of the nine-five routine and a general sense of discontent.
Every panic attack you’ve buried under meetings, every scream muffled by professionalism, every moment you’ve stared into the abyss of your inbox.
We don’t do choruses. We don’t do verses. We don’t do catharsis. This isn’t rebellion — this is the slow, spiraling descent into a system you never chose.
