Kunstifestivali “Ma ei saa aru” peanäitus “Võileivad suve ja tuulega” vaatleb illustratsiooni ja illustraatori positsiooni kohalikul kunstiväljal läbi aastakümnete ning keskendub pildi võimele tekitada tundeid, mis püsivad mälus ja mõjusana ka aastaid pärast nende kogemist.

HeadReadi programmi lisandub näitus Jan Kausi kaudu, kes viib huvilised näitusetuurile, lahates illustratsiooni ja teksti ning nende seoseid oma iseloomulikul meelelahutuslikul-sünteesival moel.

The exhibition “Sandwiches with Summer and Wind” examines the position of illustration and the illustrator in the local art field through the decades and focuses on the ability of an image to evoke and store feelings that remain in the memory and have an impact even years after they are experienced.

The exhibition will connect to our programme through Jan Kaus, who will take visitors on an exhibition tour, dissecting illustration and text and their connections with his characteristic blend of entertainment and synthesis.
