Sel korral tantsides vaatame otsa just oma sisemisele vastupanule. Tunnetame läbi tantsu, mis sõnumeid see sulle öelda tahab. Mille eest ja miks ta sina kaitsta tahab?
Ole arg või ole julge, lubatud on mõlemad. Igalühel oma teekond, oma sisemine tantsurännak. Üheskoos on seda kindlasti palju mõnusam ette võtta.

Heartbeat tantsusündmused on koht, kus liigutada ennast täpselt nii, nagu sinu keha seda vajab - tantsida ja olla mõnusalt meie kogukonnas. Ekstaatiline tants on vaba tantsuvorm. Alustame soojendusega, et ruumi päriselt kohale jõuda, argielu mõtted ukse taha jätta ning vaikselt kehale märku anda, et läheb hoogsaks tantsuks. Õpetajat/juhendajat kui sellist meil ei ole ning inspireeritud saame olla üksteisest.
Meie ajakava on nõnda lihtne nagu elu peaks olema:

19:00 - 19:30 Avaring ja sissejuhatus
19:30 - 21:15 Ekstaatiline tants - DJ Layqa
21:15 - 22:00 Ühine maandumine, puhkamine, mõnusad snäkid meie poolt & jutud köögilaua ääres
Sa võid tulla igal ajal ja minna igal ajal - ikkagist vabaduse ruum.
Kokkulepped:
— Tule nagu oled — Eelnevat tantsukogemust vaja ei ole, võta sõbrad kaasa!
— Ehedus vaikuses — Tantsupõrandal me ei lobise ega jutusta, sest igaühel meist on oma teekond sellel õhtul ja eriti hea on oma uusi taipamisi vastu võtta segamatult.
— Nutivaba tsoon — Kutsume sind oma nutiabilised vaiksele režiimile või väljalülitatult jope taskusse või kotti jätma.
Meie tantsupeol leiad Sa alati DJ plaate keerutamas, kes vabalt muusikat ühes või teises suunas liikuma paneb, tajudes meie publikut ning tantsija vajadusi kohapeal. Ühtlasi on muusikaline rännak meil alati väga hea helisüsteemiga, kus võngub ka korralik bass ja saab nautida vaba kulgemist.
DJ LAYQA on aastate jooksul mänginud väga erinevaid žanre ambientist afroni ja house’ist psy-trance’ini - nüüd ühendab ta kõiki oma (eriala)teadmisi kokku ühtsesse rännakusse. Ta on oma unikaalset muusikalist maitset jaganud nii Burning Mani kui ka AfrikaBurni kõrbepõrandatel. Mõistes sügavuti vaba tantsu olemust toob ta kokku iidsed helid ja kaasaegse elektroonilise muusika. Tema võime lugeda ruumi energiat ja põimida erinevaid muusikažanreid üheks voolavaks tervikuks on viinud ta esinemisteni üle maailma.
Iga Layqa set on kui transformatiivne helirännak, mis kutsub sind avastama tantsu vabastava väe ja kogukondliku ühtsuse maagiat, olles samal ajal täis üllatusi ja rõõmsaid äratundmishetki.
Seekordne tantsusündmus toimub Taiji klubis, kus on mõnus puitpõrand ning hubane ruum snäkkide söömiseks ja jutustamiseks peale tantsu. Kes soovib, saab peale tantsu ka sooja duši all käia.

Sissepääs on hoovi pool, maja Magdaleena kliiniku poolsest küljest, ukse kõrval ripub suur hõbedane E-täht. Maja ümbruses on parkimine tasuta.

Suvel plaanime kolida õue tantsima! Meid võib kutsuda põnevatele sündmustele tantsu tegema! Tahame kõigini viia kogemuse kui mõnus ja vaba saab tantsimine olla ka ilma alkoholi ja teiste mõnuaineteta, tundes lihtsalt elust ja liikumisest suurt rõõmu.

Are you a bit scared of change? One part of us, and so is it with all of us, longs to stay in a safe, familiar and predictable world, and that part often opposes our growth efforts. Is there a moment in your life right now where you should welcome change openly?
This time, when we dance, we are looking at our inner resistance. Through dance, we will feel what messages it has for us. What does it want to protect you from and why?
Be shy or be brave, all is allowed. Everyone has their own journey, their own inner dance journey. It is definitely much more enjoyable to do it together.

Heartbeat dance events are a place where you can move exactly the way your body needs it - dance and have a good time with friends. Ecstatic dance is a free dance form. Dancing begins with a warm-up to arrive at the room, leave the thoughts of everyday life behind the door and quietly signal to the body that it is time to dance. We do not have a teacher/instructor as such and we can be inspired by each other.
At our Dance event, you will always find a DJ spinning records and freely making the music move in one direction or another, sensing our audience and the needs of the dancer on the spot. At the same time, our musical journey always has a very good sound system, where the bass also vibrates properly and you can enjoy the free flow.

DJ LAYQA has played a wide variety of genres over the years, from ambient to afro and from house to psy-trance - now he combines all his (special) knowledge into a single journey. He has shared his unique musical taste on the desert floors of both Burning Man and AfrikaBurn. By deeply understanding the essence of free dance, she brings together ancient sounds and modern electronic music. Her ability to read the energy of space and weave different musical genres into one flowing whole has led her to performances all over the world.
Each Layqa set is like a transformative sound journey that invites you to discover the magic of the liberating power of dance and community unity, while being full of surprises and joyful moments of recognition.

25€ - "I'll give you a boost with my spontaneous decisions" - on the spot in cash and on the same day from Fienta
This event takes place in the Taiji club, which has nice wooden floors for dancing and a cozy room for eating snacks and telling stories after the dance. If you wish, you can also take a warm shower after the dance.

Parking is free of charge around the house. The entrance is on the courtyard side, on the side of the house on the Magdaleena Clinic side, next to the door hangs a large silver letter E.
