This meeting is an invitation to gently explore what lies beneath social discomfort — the fear of judgment, rejection, or simply being seen.Social anxiety is not a flaw in personality. It is often a protective response shaped by past experiences, inner narratives, and unmet needs.
Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to reflect on your relationship with others — and with yourself. This is not about “fixing” you, but about making room for more ease, connection, and authenticity.
Meet Facilitator:

New Ways of Relating – Learn gentle strategies for building confidence, staying present in social situations, and showing up as you are — not who you think you should be.
