This meeting is an invitation to pause and reflect on what gives your life depth and personal significance. The search for meaning is not about having one clear answer. It’s a deeply individual process — often full of doubts, detours, and rediscoveries.
Together, we’ll gently explore your inner landscape: the values that matter to you, the stories you tell yourself, and the places where you may feel disconnected or adrift.
Meet Facilitator:
Alex Krylov is a psychotherapist in training at the Riga Gestalt Institute, specializing in Group Facilitation, and is pursuing an MSc in Psychology, focusing on adapting Western psychotherapy methods in collectivist societies. With advanced training from the University of Toronto and Yale University.
What to Expect:
Facing the Questions – A space to voice the thoughts we often avoid: What gives my life meaning? What do I want it to stand for?
The Weight of Emptiness – Understand how the absence of meaning can show up as apathy, anxiety, or feeling “stuck.”
Reconnecting with Purpose – Explore what brings you alive now — and how to begin building a more grounded and intentional sense of direction.
