ABOUT VAULT CITY
Recently celebrating their 7th anniversary this past July, Vault City began in 2018 and has become Scotland’s largest sour producer while still remaining an independent manufacturer.
Their fruited sour/smoothie and dark beverages are known to feature a mix of accessible and adventurous flavors, some with childlike whimsy. They have focused on relentless exploration and innovation, pushing the boundaries of what people would typically expect. For example, their sours feature real fruit ingredients paired with their house culture and mixed fermentation base, resulting in a signature Vault City style.
2025 marks a big year for Vault City as they move into a much larger facility (their "forever home") -- backed by crowdfunding support -- where they hope to become the "biggest dedicated sour producer in the world" plus expand into barrel-aging.
