>Paisley Cave Complex (2023) 15% Imperial Pastry Stout (4.42/5) Imperial S'Mores Stout with Blueberries, Cacao Nibs and Marshmallows. Bourbon Barrel Aged. Collaboration with Great Notion.
>Aurum Orbitals (2022) 13% Imperial Pastry Stout (4.33/5) Ferrero Rocher inspired, Hazelnut and Chocolate. Bourbon Barrel Aged for 12 months in a combination of Whistle Pig, Weller, and Bernheim.
>Mind Over Batter (2023) 12% Imperial Pastry Stout (4.22/5) Walnut Brownie inspired. Bourbon Barrel Aged for 12 months in a combination of Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, and Heaven Hill. Collaboration with Pontoon.
A flight of three 50mL pours costs 20€, available only from 18-21 on June 12th. Pours are available as a set of 3, in person at Brewklyn. We'll also have new stout releases from Firestone Walker by the bottle and 400+ refrigerated craft beers from the US, Canada, Latvia, Romania, Sweden and more!
All remaining bottles plus 500mL bottles of Bottle Logic - Darkstar November (2024) will be available for sale starting on Friday June 13th for 55€ a bottle in-store. Remaining stock will be posted on our webshop Brewklyn.EE by Tuesday June 17th for shipping throughout Estonia, Finland, Latvia, & Lithuania only.
