Part 1: Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Members Only
The AGM is a vital occasion for members to:

- Review and approve the annual accounts.
- Participate in Board elections.

Presentation and Approval of Annual Accounts (FY2024)
Members will review, question, and vote on the financial statements.

Board Elections (2025–2027 Term)
Elections for the new Board. Candidate details will be shared in advance.

Discussion on BECC Event and Planning Strategy
An open forum for member input on future events and initiatives.

Any Other Membership Matters
An opportunity to raise questions or suggestions related to BECC membership.
Part 2: Season Closing Celebration – Open to All

Important Notes
The AGM (Part 1) is exclusive to BECC members. A unique registration code will be emailed to all members and required for entry.
The Season Closing (Part 2) is open to members and non-members. We welcome all interested in connecting with the British-Estonian business community.
