Join our Art Session: Drawing Anxiety a reflective space to safely explore the invisible weight of anxiety through creativity.

In this session, we’ll open a gentle dialogue around anxiety . What it feels like in the body, what stories it tells, and how we carry it. You'll express these feelings with soft pastels and intuitive drawing practices.

🎨 No artistic experience needed. This is a space for self-expression and emotional release, not judgment.

Together, we’ll create room for what often stays unspoken and allow it to take shape, colour, and form.
