AcroNerds are back in Tallinn!
This acroyoga duo has visited us several times and always left our hearts full and bodies sore :) Such a pleasure to learn and play with you once more!
Natalia and Joshua, known as the AcroNerds, are a globe-trotting duo passionate about sharing their love for Acro. Their practice is all about making acro feel smooth, connected, and, most importantly, nourishing. Their specialties include: hands-free acro, delicate balances, and smooth flows. They focus on clean execution and detailed technique, aiming to make acro feel easy and look good.
On this one day acroyoga intensive they share a reflection of their practice for an intermediate level practicioner.
