Welcome to the sixth gathering to share experiences about collective, cooperative and communal working models. We are inviting artists, community organizers and activists to discuss experiences about dealing with disagreements, frictions and conflicts. In the past workshops we discussed the joys and challenges of collective work, mapped typical conflict patterns, and collected strategies for preventing, holding and dissolving conflicts. This time we will discuss and practice two mediation techniques: conflict mapping and reframing.
You are warmly welcome to join the workshop even if you did not participate in prior events.
The workshop language is English.
The event is hosted by Daylight Project and facilitated by Jess Kavinsky.
Jess Kavinsky is a genocide scholar and peacebuilder currently working in Tallinn. From the US, she has worked in Germany, Rwanda, Northern Ireland, Australia and now Estonia on topics such as conflict transformation, mediation, and collective trauma.
