September Meeting

This is a very important meeting. For one, we will discuss the latest information on Black Spot, a major fungal disease problem in this area. But, more importantly, we will be discussing plans for TARS going forward. A proposal has been put on the table to disband TARS. It is very important to discuss this and other options for TARS' future, and to vote on what we want to do.
