As we live each day, our bodies, our senses, and our minds experience and react to whatever happens to us. Over the course of our lives, what we think and believe about our experiences becomes the story of us. When things are going well, it feels good to be us. But when our story feels difficult to live and we’re unable to find a pathway to peace, we may lose hope that things will ever get better.

The Good News is that we are more than just our bodies and minds, we are the Self. But just hearing that or considering that is usually not enough for most people to believe and accept it as true. We need help and thoughtful guidance that opens our minds as well as our hearts. Fortunately, we live in a time where we have easy access to the lessons and wisdom taught by the greatest teachers in history. And if we long to be free, and we can see with our eyes, hear with our ears, and understand with our hearts, the truth we’ve been seeking will reveal itself. Together, let’s uncover what’s been hidden and learn to experience life from a new and loving perspective.
