Kirtan at the Req Room #3

Chris Seepersaud and Jeffji will lead the room in some immersive mantras, chants, and songs—with a live band to encourage the bliss and release. Featuring tabla artist Jason McKenzie, percussionist Corey McHugh, a chant by Kundalini instructor Bridget Welch, and more guests too.

The surbahar, an old baritone type-sitar will be played first by seep, a chance for all to meditate on melodies that are 500 years old.

Then, we jam out and chant together.
Don’t miss it. Special guest musicians from different Tallahassee groups and genres will be part of the crew.
