Guided Forest Bathing Session

As a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, I look forward to encouraging you to slow down and experience nature in a variety of possible ways. Wandering outward from a central gathering circle I will offer a set of carefully crafted invitations to engage all our senses. There will be moments of sharing, reflection, and we will end our time with a tea ceremony. This is not a hike, this is a slow paced wander in nature.
