This is your chance to experience the magic of Sound
Healing at the
Tallahassee Senior Center
Please arrive a little early to set up your “sound cocoon”
Things to bring:comfy mat to lay on, blanket, pillow, eye pillow. We will be laying on the floor for about an hour in a deep state of listening so make sure you have a padded mat.
