Build Your Own Interchangeable Door Hanger Workshop

Ready to gain confidence in the woodshop and leave with something beautiful for your home? Join us for a hands-on workshop open to everyone — whether you’re brand new to woodworking or looking for a fun night out with friends.

In the first part of class, you’ll learn how to safely and confidently use woodworking tools including the miter saw, jig saw, scroll saw, battery-powered drill, drill press, hand sander, and belt sander. Don’t worry if you’ve never used them before — we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Once you’re comfortable with the tools, you’ll move into the creative portion — building your very own interchangeable round door hanger! Each sign has a magnetic top and bottom so you can swap out designs for every season or holiday.

• Choose one of the fun templates shown below: Hey Boo, Hello Fall, Fall Football, In my Candy Era, and Halloween Friends,
• Learn how to cut, assemble, and decorate your design.
• Add your personal touch with paint, vinyl, or wood cutouts.

Want your hanger to say your family name, “Welcome,” or another custom phrase?
Personalized wood cutouts are available for a $5 add-on fee.

By the end of this 3.5-hour class, you’ll leave with:

• A custom zipper pouch with mini tools
• A booklet covering all the tools you used and instructions on how to make additional interchangeable tops and bottoms at home
