Big Bend Marching Band Festival (Marching Band Pre-MPA)

Now in it's fifth year, the mission of the Big Bend Marching Band Festival is To provide marching band students in the Big Bend area a chance to socialize and interact with each other, to provide a resource for bands in more rural areas, to allow students in the area to watch complete marching shows without the unnecessary distraction of trophies or placements, and to allow the community an opportunity to celebrate the success of hard-working students who provide a positive impact to the community.

The event serves as a celebration of the hard work the band students and their band programs' directors and staff put in and a chance to receive comments from adjudicators so that the bands can be ready for Marching MPA two weeks later on Saturday, October 25, 2025 (also at Gene Cox Stadium).

Start time is subject to change depending on the number of registered bands, but it will be updated at least two weeks before the festival.
