Workshops with Dublin Parkour

Join our 3-hour beginner parkour course at The Civic, run by Dublin Parkour! Start with 1 hour 15 minutes indoors, learning fundamental movements on specialized equipment under the guidance of our experienced, well-established coaches. After a 30-minute break, take your skills outside for basic urban training in a safe, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners!
