Join us for Talkeetna’s most festive weekend of the year! Winterfest brings two days of community traditions, holiday celebrations, live music, and classic Talkeetna fun.
Friday, December 5
• 5:00 PM – Commemorative mug sales (fundraiser for Typhoon Halong communities)
• 6:00 PM – Tree Lighting in the Village Park
• 6:10 PM – Parade of Lights (vehicle lineup at Denali Education Center)
• 7:00 PM – Meet Mr. & Mrs. Claus at Denali Brew Pub
• 7:10 PM – Bachelor Meet & Greet at the VFW
• 9:00 PM – Jerry Wessling Band at the Fairview Inn
Saturday, December 6
• 11:00 AM – Commemorative mug sales
• 12:00 PM – Wilderness Woman Competition on Main Street
• 7:00 PM – Talkeetna Bachelor Ball & Auction
• 10:00 PM – Nothing But Trouble at the Fairview
• 11:00 PM – Late Night Breakfast Buffet at The Roadhouse (PTA fundraiser)
100% of commemorative mug proceeds support Western Alaska communities affected by Typhoon Halong.
