Cake Course

Globally, we find ourselves in a Tech and Skill era. That means you should at least have a tradable skill or inherent ability in tech.
Over the past 5 years, we hold the record of training so many people in the field of Cake making at both the Beginner and MasterClass levels in Accra and Takoradi.
This year also, we present another opportunity for persons with interest in Cake Making and SugarCraft to sign up onto our Beginners Course which commences on the 26th of May, 2025.

The Course spans for a duration of 8 weeks and covers areas as outlined:
• The Science of Baking
•Attempting all Piping Techniques
• Piped Roses
• Baking of Assorted Recipes
• All frosting types
• Cake Carving and Trimming
• Sugar Craft modeling
• DIY session
