Every week I will be holding a Life Circle, an offering to everyone of all ages 14+ and all genders.
This is a gentle, guided, grounding, pause to reset, reconnect and recieve.
This nurturing space supports you in realigning your energy, while exploring practical practices that expand self awareness and deepen self empowerment.
This group is holistic, covering topics and practices for mind, body and spirit :)
And we will have fun too, music with movement, hopefully laughter and connection :)
Each week may include a combination of;
- Mindfulness and Meditation (every week)
- Self care and self energy healing
- Presence, observation, understanding and acceptance practices
- Movement and basic breathwork
- Self reflection journaling
- Oracle cards and intuitive guidance
- Energy healing activations
- Medicine drum journeys (sometimes)
This Life circle supports;
- Strengthening self worth
- getting clear - values, behaviours, actions going forward
- community connection
- spiritual growth
- holistic wellbeing
- mental and emotional health
- supported self change for your highest wellbeing

- Mild Anxiety, stress relief
This is an intivation for anyone wishing to reconnect with themselves and restore inner balance.

Time: Doors open at 6.20pm. We start at 6.30pm
please come before 6.30pm to find your space and settle in.
Herbal tea and water is provided.
Please bring;
- a cushion or two, and what ever else you need to be comfortable sitting on the carpeted floor in circle, chairs are available if you need to be seated on a chair.
- a journal/notpad/paper/pen
- your curiosity, learning mind and open heart :)
