Join me on Waiheke Island for Hatha Flow with Mantra every Friday 🌸

12.30pm - 1.30pm at the Morra Hall, Oneroa

We currently have an INTRO OFFER available - 2 weeks of classes for $30 - including Slow Flow Hatha classes at 7.30am on Mondays.

These classes are designed to help you release tension, restore balance and explore your voice in a supportive space.
