This Sunday, September 5th, from 11:55 AM to 1:33 PM at Palm Beach Hall, Waiheke, you are invited to a unique collaboration weaving Breathwork and Sound Journey.
🔹 With Dr. Belu, you will explore the science and practice of breath — simple, evidence-based techniques that regulate the nervous system, release stress, and enhance resilience.
🔹 With Justin, you will be carried by a live Sound Journey: layers of Didgeridoo, HandPan, Shamanic Flutes, Jaw Harp, Drum, Throat Singing, and more — woven together through a loop station and supported by nature soundscapes.
Comfortably lying down, you’ll be guided to breathe, release, and open to an inner voyage of clarity, balance, and deep restoration.
